This piano is nice. The wood grain on the case of the piano is pretty.
Wurlitzer is a known brand, they produce(d?) nice pianos.

Estimates for tuning and repair from a professional piano tuner is $140.
However, it is in good condition, it sounds descent and the keys are in good shape.
